Sample Quincy

Sample Quincy is a Chicago-based band founded in 2016 by songwriter, guitarist, and lead vocalist Jeremy Kush. The band emphasizes feeling over feelings and is confident their songs are better than yours. Current members include Jeremy Kush (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Chris Devlin (lead guitar, backing vocals), Troy Anderson (bass, backing vocals), and Chris Kralj (drums). 

Sample Quincy’s main inspirations are, and are limited to: The Beatles, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Wings, Traveling Wilburys, Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band, and The Quarrymen. Fans describe it as “not as good as Oasis but still not bad.”

Sample Quincy combines the melodic pop-hooks of the British Invasion and early Psychedelia with a Brit-Pop attitude and sound.

The band always strives for perfection and almost always succeeds. Whether it’s three or four guys on stage, Bur’s ear-worm-inducing melodies alongside their witty, sarcastic stage banter makes everyone who’s seen them live agree that they were easily the best band on the bill.
